We are currently working with a well-regarded law firm that is looking to recruit a Post-Completions Paralegal to join their busy Commercial Real Estate team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused paralegal to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The wider Commercial Real Estate team operates nationally and advises on a broad range of matters, including large-scale developments, investment acquisitions, social housing, landlord and tenant work, mixed-use developments, and work for academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of post-completions work, including SDLT submissions and land registration
* Provide support and advice on SDLT matters, assisting with deal structuring where required
* Prepare, submit, and monitor land registry applications
* Liaise directly with clients, HMRC, and the Land Registry
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines
* Support fee earners across a variety of commercial real estate transactions
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider real estate team
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* A law degree or CILEx qualification (or be working towards one)
* Previous experience in post-completions, SDLT, and land registration (essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confidence in client-facing communications
* A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of fee earner priorities
