Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and partnerships.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, product lines, and target customers.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
8. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
9. Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
10. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
11. A good understanding of paper products and knowledge of the industry with contacts in merchant circles.
12. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
14. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
15. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
16. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Valid driver’s license.
19. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
