I’m currently partnering with a global organisation within the gaming sector to recruit a Management Accountant into their London-based finance team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, data-driven business where finance plays a key role in performance analysis, reporting and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
* Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations with prompt investigation and resolution of reconciling items
* Preparation of quarterly regulatory/duty returns
* Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis (vs budget, forecast and prior year) to explain performance drivers
* Support the annual budgeting process (creation, review and system upload)
* Assist with interim and year-end audit requirements
* Provide analytical support on key business decisions and ad-hoc projects
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the businessContribute to continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes
About You:
* Ideally ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Experience in planning, forecasting and delivering meaningful financial insight
* Comfortable managing and analysing large data sets
* Confident presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders
* Proactive, detail-oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
You will need to be a UK resident

This role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
