The Role
You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commerciallitigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.
Your work will involve:
* Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
* Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
* Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
* Supporting business development and client relationship management
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+years PQE with experience in commercial litigation)
* Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
* Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
* Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
