To support our development, we are currently looking for a Sales Representative for the UK perimeter, on a permanent contract.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contribution to the Rovensa Next commercial strategy and implementation of the action plan
* Development of the sales with existing distribution network and new customers
* Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationshipswith the distributors Sales forcesConduct product and technical training in support of channelsales.
* Organization of demonstration trials and cooperation with research centers
* Launch of new products, including contribution to the technical and commercial positioning
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Agricultural engineer with relevant experience in the agricultural sector – ideally in the field of fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, and biostimulants.
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated experience in sales, business development & negotiation with the agriculture distribution in UK
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to establish business contacts
* Flexible approach to work, ability to work independently and in a multicultural & international team environment
* Customer & results oriented
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Team spirit and initiative
* Ability to be reactive and proactive
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
