Core Responsibilities:
* Nurture and support students with diverse SEN to achieve their academic and personal goals.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and teachers on developing and adapting learning materials.
* Act as a positive role model and key support figure within the classroom.
* Assist in creating an inclusive, motivating atmosphere.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience (at least 6 months) as an SEN TA in a UK school environment is mandatory.
* Possess a highly empathetic, proactive, and patient nature.
* Strong ability to work effectively in a team.
* Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
