Overview
Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin”) is a leading private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments with €33bn+ capital raised. With core offices in Paris, London and New York, the firm targets majority stakes in infrastructure businesses in the energy and environment, telecom, transport and social infrastructure sectors. Majority owned by its partners, Antin is listed on Euronext Paris since September 2021.
Antin expects interns to assist in the acquisition and asset management of infrastructure companies in Europe. The investment process requires both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result, this internship program is a unique experience to develop a well‑rounded business mind. The streamlined organisation of the investment team offers interns the opportunity to be fully part of the team, assume responsibilities and work closely with senior managers of the firm and external advisors.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research, analysis, financial modelling and evaluation of a variety of private equity investment opportunities as well as contribute to the overall evaluation process
* Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on the results of the team’s due diligence and analysis
* Participate in drafting various presentation materials and memos for both internal and external purposes
* Assist in due diligence on investment opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Previous internship experience (in M&A, Corporate Finance or Management Consulting) would be beneficial
* Final year of Degree or Degree year in industry (as minimum)
* Strong analytical, quantitative and financial skills
* Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency across Excel / PowerPoint / Word
* Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
* Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit and able to work independently
* Fluency in English, fluency in French is not required
Other Information
* Paid internship (above London Living Wage*)
* Option to undertake 3-6 months internship, with option 1. May-July (3 months placement) 2026 or 2. September-November 2026 (3 months placement, with potential opportunity to extend for further 3 months)
* Interview process consists of 4 interviews (via Zoom)
* Working schedule: 4 days at our London office, 1 day WFH
