Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal
Client Details: A leading law firm
Responsibilities
* Handle a caseload of residential (and/or commercial) property transactions under supervision
* Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
* Conduct property searches, review title documents, and raise/reply to pre-contract enquiries
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties
* Prepare and submit Land Registry and HMRC applications (e.g. Stamp Duty Land Tax returns)
* Manage deadlines to ensure smooth and timely exchange and completion of transactions
* Maintain accurate file records and case management system entries
* Assist with post-completion work such as registration and closing files
* Support fee earners and attend meetings as required
Profile
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
