WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About the Opportunity
What you'll do
* Support architectural strategy across platforms and products, aligned with tech and business goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology decisions drive strategic outcomes.
* Assist in creating architectural documentation for governance and compliance.
* Contribute to agile delivery with architectural insight from concept to implementation.
* Research emerging technologies to inform design and foster innovation.
* Participate in governance and change initiatives to uphold architectural standards.
* Invest in your development and support a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
What we’ll need
* Enterprise Architecture experience with good working knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and exposure to a range of modern technologies including some of the below:
* Cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure and hybrid hosting architectures
* APIs, microservices, and modular applications
* Data strategies: data lifecycle, ETL, data modelling, governance
* Cybersecurity
* Technology sustainability
* Payments, digital transformation, retail banking
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams
* Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tech trends
* Willingness to drive process improvements and adopt best practices
