We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm based in the Peterborough area, seeking an Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and live caseload of residential property transactions, supported by long standing relationships and an excellent flow of instructions. The role is mainly office-based, with the option for occasional home working. The firm will consider both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum four days per week hours).
Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork
* Carry out searches, raise and respond to enquiries, and prepare for exchange and completion
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain excellent client care
About You:
* You may be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified fee earner
* Confident handling a caseload independently from instruction to completion
* Strong communication, organisational, and client care skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
