Were Cutwrights a leading panel cutting company, established in 2009, and were looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our busy and growing team. If youre organised, customer-focused, and love a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you. This is a full-time, permanent position Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Please note: Part-time or flexible hour requests cannot be accommodated for this role. This role is showroom-based, and you will be the face of the company often the first point of contact for our clients. Exceptional face-to-face customer service is essential, as you'll be welcoming customers, handling enquiries, and helping guide them through our services in person. What youll be doing: Managing customer orders and liaising with our production team Handling sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person Producing quotes and assisting showroom customers Checking pricing, raising invoices, and updating internal systems Sending out samples and processing returns Maintaining accurate customer records Following up sales leads and generating new business through cold calling Staying informed on industry trends and materials What were looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills Confident, approachable, and professional face-to-face presence Proficient in Excel including formulas and data interpretation Experience in admin or customer service Detail-oriented and a reliable team player Start date: ASAP If you're ready to be the friendly, efficient face of Cutwrights, wed love to hear from you.
