About the Role
Are you highly organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping every child thrive? We’re looking for a dedicatedSEND Administrator to join our Inclusion Team and play a key role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).

As our SEND Administrator, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the SEND and Inclusion Team. Your work will ensure that pupils, families, staff, and external professionals receive timely, accurate and compassionate support. You’ll help us meet statutory responsibilities, maintain high-quality records, and create a welcoming environment for all.
What you will bring
1. Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the SENDCo and Inclusion Team
2. Maintain and update the SEND register, pupil files, and key SEND documentation
3. Coordinate annual reviews, assessments, meetings, and specialist interventions
4. Prepare and distribute agendas, paperwork, and minutes for SEND meetings
5. Track statutory deadlines for EHCP processes and ensure timely submissions
6. Act as the first point of contact for SEND queries from parents and professionals
7. Liaise with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to support SEND processes
8. Maintain accurate data for audits, census returns, and SEND progress monitoring
What We’re Looking For
9. GCSE's Grade 4/C or above required
10. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
11. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
12. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
13. Confidence using digital systems and maintaining accurate records.
14. A proactive, flexible, and team-focused mindset.
15. Experience in a school or SEND environment is beneficial but not essential.
16. Driving licence required
