Daily Rate: £180–£280 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic SEND Supply Teachers, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to deliver high-quality teaching in a variety of school settings. Whether you’re looking for occasional day-to-day work or something longer-term, this is an excellent opportunity to:
1. Gain experience across a wide range of learning environments
2. Support pupils with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH
3. Work with supportive, inclusive schools that value individualised learning

You’ll be teaching across the primary phase, with some roles requiring planned cover and others demanding creativity, flexibility, and strong classroom management.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
5. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant UK teaching qualification
6. Have experience with or a strong interest in working with children with SEND
7. Are committed to inclusive education and helping all pupils thrive
8. Are confident managing behaviour and adapting teaching to meet diverse needs
9. Can be available between 1–5 days per week
