The ideal candidate for a Fixed Wire Testing Engineer at phs will have:
16. NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
17. City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
18. City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
19. AM2
20. Experience working in an electrical testing environment.
21. The flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening / twilight shifts to support our customers’ requirements.
22. Travelling to sites across ROI and the flexibility to stop over when required.
23. A full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
24. IPAF 3a & 3b licence.
25. A good level of IT literacy.
26. Experience with Electrical installation/project work
27. An understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace
Your role as a Fixed Wire Testing Engineer:
28. Carrying out Inspecting & Testing on customer’s electrical installations (EICR’s) including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
29. Completing all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing our cloud-based certification software.
30. Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and summited on time.
