About the role:
* £12.65 per hour
* Location: Armagh
* 37 hours per week
* Holidays: 35 days pro rata
* Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
* Provide timely administrative and coordination support, including booking meeting rooms and taking minutes.
* Ensure data and reports are collated and formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation.
* Input data, maintain records, and reporting systems.
* Customer service and telephone duties.
* Liaising with other departments as required.
Criteria:
* 4 GCSEs including Maths and English.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role with administrative tasks.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office; basic IT proficiency.
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process, you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily disqualify you.
