The Plant Operator supports and executes operational activities and processes in accordance with established specifications and safety, quality, and environmental guidelines to achieve production targets in the assigned area.
The Skilled Operator is the basic level of operator, performing routine operational processes in production. They operate equipment and machinery requiring proficiency acquired through on-the-job and specialized training.
Knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools is required, and gaining experience and skills takes time and effort.
The activities involve mostly routine work, performed based on training, experience, and assistance from Multi-Skilled Operators, Supervisors, or Team Leaders when needed.

* Execute operational activities such as discharge, cleaning, labeling, and operating equipment to ensure safe, effective, and efficient production processes.
Safety & Compliance:
* Work in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
* Promote SHEQ awareness, identify potential hazards, and take action in unsafe situations.
Good housekeeping:
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring no hazards and proper appearance of the production lines and site.
