Marketing Manager (Multi Brand & Digital Performance)
House of Willow Alexander is a multi-service lifestyle brand championing sustainable living through garden maintenance, home cleaning, and beautifully curated household essentials.
We operate with multiple sub-brands under one evolving vision of what a modern British household can be — thoughtful, aesthetic, and carbon-conscious. Our guiding scheme is the HoWA membership, which acts as the moral compass for the house and all its products and services.
We're growing rapidly and seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, performance, and creative cohesion across all channels.
You will be the strategic and operational lead for marketing campaigns across 7+ social media accounts, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google & Social). Working closely with the founder, sales, and content teams, you’ll ensure brand consistency, data-driven planning, and creative oversight in all outputs.
1. Lead marketing planning for brand and sub-brand campaigns across all services and product areas.
2. Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal trends.
3. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling creative concepts and copy.
4. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and ROI.
Paid Media (Google & Social)
1. Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
2. Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust bids and targeting to meet KPIs.
3. Create reports with actionable insights to guide spend and creative strategies.
Email Marketing
1. Oversee email marketing strategies including automated flows and newsletters (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
2. Develop content for subscriber emails targeting B2C and B2B audiences.
3. Utilize segmentation and data to improve open and click-through rates.
4. Report on email engagement and conversions.
Social Media Oversight
1. Guide tone, visual style, and scheduling across all 7 brand-aligned social media accounts.
2. Collaborate with content creators to maintain consistency and optimize content for each platform.
3. Stay updated on trends and leverage them to keep content fresh and relevant.
Performance & Analytics
1. Manage the marketing reporting dashboard, tracking ad performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
2. Present insights and recommendations regularly to leadership.
3. Assist in building scalable marketing processes and systems.
4. Require 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Campaign Manager.
5. Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns, preferably in service and lifestyle brands.
6. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
7. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and automation.
8. Strong understanding of brand, design, and creative storytelling.
9. Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic actions.
10. Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
11. Experience with lifestyle, home, or sustainability brands is preferred.
12. Skills in light graphic design or creative briefing are a plus.
13. CRM and retention marketing experience.
14. Experience scaling a small brand into a household name.
15. Willingness to adapt and incorporate AI tools into workflows.
