Your new role
Your new role will see you responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, dealing with emails internally and externally, scheduling orders for deliveries, liaising with the relevant managers. You will ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely manner, working proactively on customer requests and queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will put to use your previous customer service experience along with your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask and manage your own workload efficiently. You will be a confident IT user.
What you'll get in return
