Salesforce Consultant/Developer - Service and Sales Cloud
* Rate (Outside IR35)
* 6+6 Month Contract

You will be joining an award winning and well established global SaaS based business. As the Salesforce Consultant, you will be working within a highly experienced product team, making high level improvements, changes and features across Service, Sales and Experience Cloud platforms.
Project Work:
* Implementation work, across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud environments using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex coding.
* Design and delivery of a Knowledge Centric Service (KCS) application. Used for monitoring of Knowledge Articles and Case Management. Core development work using custom objects, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and flows.
Requirements:
* Must have Development level experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud environments using Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, Apex coding, Screen based flows, External Services and Apex calls.
* Strong working experience with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service)
* Strong experience with integrations of Onmi Chanel, Live Chat and ChatBot
* ITSM, Service Management experience
* Must be a Solutionist. Provide solutions and improvement ideas.
* Take requirements from the business, understand and make recommendations
* Follow clear processes for changes - follow business requirements
Location: Reading (Mostly remote work, 2-3 days per month in Reading office)
