Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level
* Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
* Strong practical workshop skills and subject knowledge
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience teaching A-Level DT or Product Design
* Experience in specialist areas such as CAD, Resistant Materials, or Engineering
* Ability to contribute to STEM or enrichment activities
