Job Content:
* Lead the creation of clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
* Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment between visual and written elements.
* Lead the development and implementation of a consistent and effective tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
Planning:
* Estimating efforts based on requirements.
* Propose plan based on deadlines and planned activities
People management
* Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence in copywriting.
Assessment
* Iterate and optimize UX copy based on user feedback and data analytics.
* Audit existing copy, and propose enhancements within the agreed timelines
* Lead the analysis of user feedback and data to continuously improve and refine copy.
Collaboration
* Ensure Collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Experience and product management) to create cohesive and impactful user experiences.
* Integrate within the Design delivery teams, and collaborate as per the UX process and Agile methodology
Communication & Feedback
* Communicate and articulate UX copy related recommendations.
* Attention to details and organization.
* Able to take constructive criticisms and adjust accordingly.
Education
* Holding a Bachelor degree or higher in English, communication, Marketing, or related fields.
* Proven professional experience in a relevant industry such as corporate, finance, or retail products.
* Proficiency in reading and writing UK English.
* Arabic speaker with proficiency in reading and writing in GCC Dialect.
Experiences
* 8+ years of experience in a related field
* Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an asset
* Experience in the GCC region is considered as an asset
Knowledge & Skills

* Proficient in content management systems, SEO principles, and basic HTML.
* Ability to ideate and contribute to the creative process, translating ideas into compelling copy.
* Firm grasp of UX and instructional principles and their application to copywriting.
* Showcase a diverse portfolio highlighting successful projects and deliverables.
* Provide examples of how your copywriting contributed to improved user experiences.
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt your writing style to different industries and target audiences.
