As a graduate, you will typically be working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time and rapidly accruing a wealth of experience and skills. Hence, no two days in Frazer-Nash will be the same.

The Role

As an Economics Graduate at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, you’ll join the Value Management & Techno-Economic Assessment (VM&TEA) team that solves some of the most complex engineering and technology challenges across sectors such as energy, defence, transport, and infrastructure.

Our work influences critical decisions that shape the future of industries and society. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects that combine economic insight with technical expertise, helping clients make informed, data-driven decisions.

This role will help you become adept at applying economic principles to engineering and technology challenges. You’ll develop skills in cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and scenario modelling, while learning how to manage assumptions, issues, and dependencies in complex projects.


We’re Looking For Someone Who

* Can analyse information and problem solve: You should be comfortable working with data, thinking critically, and making reasoned decisions even when faced with uncertainty.
* Takes Initiative & Ownership: You should be proactive, organised, and able to manage your time to deliver tasks to a high standard.
* Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively: You should be able to explain ideas in a clear and concise way, both in writing and verbally.
* Adapts and remains calm: Our projects often involve evolving requirements and new challenges.

A degree level qualification 2:1 or above in relevant disciplines such as economics, statistics or mathematics is also required.

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and will be required to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.

Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment.

Step 3: Video Interview - Situation based & technical questions.

Step 4: Explore day - This includes the opportunity to learn about what we do, network with current Graduates and find out about what a career at Frazer-Nash has to offer.

Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
