SEND & SEMH Education Roles – Teachers & Support Staff (Hastings / Battle Area)
We are currently working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across the Hastings and Battle area, supporting both primary and secondary pupils who benefit from structure, consistency and emotionally informed support.
These settings work with pupils who may present with additional emotional or behavioural needs. The work can be challenging at times, but it is also deeply rewarding, particularly within schools that prioritise collaboration, strong relationships and shared responsibility among staff.
We are looking to connect with teachers and classroom support staff who care about the work they do and want to make a genuine impact in SEND and SEMH education.

* Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant and 1:1 roles

Experience in SEND or SEMH is beneficial but not essential. Training and ongoing support are available.

* A valid child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently hold one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS through us and register it on the Update Service. Support is provided throughout the process, and having an up-to-date DBS on the Update Service allows you to access work more quickly across schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
