Job Description
Please note that this is a part-time, term-time position. Your salary will be prorated based on hours and weeks worked.
If you start with the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay, as you are not entitled to be paid for all holidays. After this adjustment, you will receive one twelfth of your annual salary each month.
You will receive an email from our payroll department before your first pay to inform you of any deductions.
If you start on the first day of term, this adjustment will not apply to you.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the safe passage of school children across roads, including directing traffic at crossing areas.

This position is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check before a formal offer of employment. Further guidance will be provided in your conditional offer. Please note, if your salary exceeds £38,000 per annum, you will need to cover the cost of this application, which will be deducted from your first paycheck.
