Role: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £25-30k base + £5k Meetings OTE + % of opportunities closed
Location: Stretford - 3 days onsite

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with a high-performing Account Executive who’s there to mentor and support you — not just chase numbers. Your focus will be on quality over quantity, generating meetings with senior decision-makers across exciting, high-value projects.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Following up on warm, inbound leads
* Targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Uncovering business challenges and booking in valuable sales conversations
* Working towards a monthly target of just two meetings — yes, really
