Working with the Country Manager / Ecommerce Manager for the region, you’ll have the opportunity to influence and drive the ecommerce strategy for Myprotein Netherlands. You will be supported by senior leadership, leverage cutting‑edge tools and insights, and enjoy clear opportunities for career growth, exposure to various aspects of our fully integrated approach and a fast‑paced environment, giving you an unmatched platform to excel in ecommerce trading.


As a Country Executive, you’ll:

* Overall responsibility and management of the Myprotein Dutch website – including sales and performance across key metrics, product reviews, product content and customer database growth.
* Monitoring key site metrics including GP, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, exit rates, traffic (new and returning) etc.
* Using analytics and our in‑house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance and define strategy for the Myprotein Netherlands site.
* Developing and implementing the influencer marketing strategy for Myprotein Netherlands.
* Ownership of the Myprotein Netherlands influencer database, including sourcing new influencer talent to drive brand recognition and performance through this channel.
* Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build brand awareness.
* Working closely with the digital marketing central team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brand’s websites and develop and improve traffic from existing channels.
* Calculating commercials for onsite promotions to ensure our products are appropriately priced and GP targets are met.
* Developing daily CRM activity and initiatives to grow our customer database.
* Phasing of monthly commercial targets to align with site activity.
* Website merchandising and optimisation of banners, landing pages, list pages and SKU pages.
* Working in synergy with the rest of the Myprotein team to identify new growth opportunities and ways to improve our brand reputation and presence.
* Delivering best‑in‑class customer experience by partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.


What skills and experience do I need for this role?

* Fluent Dutch and English speaker, both written & spoken.
* Ability to analyse and report on site metrics, including GP, conversion rate and AOV.
* Strong collaboration skills to work across teams.
* Results‑oriented and comfortable with data analysis.
* A positive attitude, pro‑active and willing to show initiative and to learn.
* Strong understanding of e‑commerce marketing and the nutrition industry (preference).
