Responsibilities: Act as the key person in bringing the new Finance module in IFS Cloud to life for the business. Map real-world processes against the capabilities of the new system, identifying areas for transformation. Serve as the bridge between Finance and the wider ERP programme for alignment and delivery. Manage questions or risks, connecting stakeholders and leading conversations focused on successful outcomes. Support data cleansing and migration activities to ensure accurate and compliant information. Help shape user access controls and permissions in IFS Cloud for secure system access. Review test scenarios and ensure coverage reflects the Finance teams requirements. Focus on training needs and design blended learning for different user types. Validate management information and reporting requirements, ensuring tools like PowerBI provide necessary insights. Deploy change management techniques to engage users and explain changes effectively. Support the Finance team post-go-live, troubleshooting issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Identify process improvements enabled by the system upgrade for future phases of transformation.
