Are you a hands‑on, proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for someone who can help keep our site running safely and efficiently. About You: You’ll be experienced in general maintenance and repairs, confident working across building fabric, equipment checks, and everyday site issues. You take pride in keeping a warehouse environment safe, organised, and fully operational, with a practical mindset and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Complete planned maintenance and carry out safe, timely repairs across the warehouse. Respond quickly to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and resolving problems effectively. Support the upkeep of building fabric, including doors, racking, minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs. Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with site standards and procedures. Maintain accurate records of work completed and support contractor activity on site. Work collaboratively with Operations teams, supporting small layout changes and improvement activities. Skills & Experience: Practical experience in maintenance or facilities work within a warehouse or industrial setting. Adequate general repair skills (mechanical, electrical basics, building fabric). Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly. Positive, reliable, and safety‑focused approach.
