The Role
You will join a well-established construction disputes team, advising an impressive roster of developers, investors, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is varied and often high-value, including:
* Adjudications, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution
* Complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes
* Advising on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies
* Supporting on projects with an international dimension
This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work closely with partners, and play a key role in client relationships.
The Candidate
* England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience in construction disputes (contentious focus essential)
* Background at a reputable City, regional, or specialist construction firm
* Experience in adjudication and/or High Court litigation preferred
* Commercially astute with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
* A confident communicator with a proactive and team-oriented approach
