* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
* Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Manage data processing and reporting for the Malvern Office, including writing reports, processing hydrometric data, tracking workload sheets, advising data technicians, reviewing quality assurance maintenance reports, project management, and proposal writing. Contribute to the effective and profitable operation of Hydro International Data, Insight & Analysis Ltd and Hydro International Ltd.

Qualifications & Competencies
* Degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Engineering, or related field
* Experience in field measurements and hydrometric data processing
* Experience with the company's Time-Series database
Key Duties
* Manage the workload of the Malvern-based data team, ensuring timely and correct data processing
* Maintain up-to-date workload sheets
* Liaise with Project Managers to ensure data delivery aligns with priorities
* Track data turnaround times and report performance metrics monthly
* Ensure all field technician data is uploaded and complete
* Provide feedback on data quality and reporting issues
* Write reports to DIA standards and quality assure maintenance reports
* Ensure weekly completion of Time view checks
* Oversee data processing activities
* Participate in AQUARIUS software implementation meetings
* Monitor target levels and weather forecasts for project planning
* Coordinate pre-visit calls and oversee RAMS issuance
* Perform other duties as required
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies
* Line manage data technicians, including timesheet responsibilities
* Manage projects and proposals for clients assigned to the Data Manager
