We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven Director of Group Finance to join the senior leadership team within the finance function at a pivotal time in our organisation's journey.
The post holder will be responsible for leading all statutory and external reporting requirements, strategic financial planning including Annual and Medium-Term Plans, and coordinating internal budget setting at the business unit level in line with the Trust's overall financial plans.
The role includes oversight of transactional finance functions such as Treasury, General Ledgers, Capital Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable (including private patients and overseas visitors).
The post holder will lead the delivery of external reporting, including statutory annual reports and accounts (and the audit thereof), national cost collection returns, corporate benchmarking, and ERIC returns.
Additionally, the role involves financial management and business partnering for Corporate services and the Trust's Research, Development, and Innovation units.
