We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Manager to lead from the front — managing sales activity across developments, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience.

What you’ll do
* Lead, motivate, and support Sales Executives across multiple developments.
* Drive reservations, exchanges, and completions to meet or exceed targets.
* Oversee all aspects of the customer journey — from first enquiry to key handover.
* Work closely with marketing, construction, and legal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Manage pricing strategies, incentives, and promotional events.
* Ensure full compliance with AML, GDPR, and industry regulations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a five-star reputation.

* Proven experience in new homes sales management or senior property sales.

* Sound understanding of the conveyancing process and mortgage milestones.
