Bramley Health are a specialist health and social care provider based in London and the South East of the UK. Following sustained success throughout the Bramley Health Group in 2023 and 2024, we are going through an exciting period of growth and are now getting ready to open The Willows.
The Willows is a newly refurbished, care facility which will focus on supporting 24 males with:
• neuro degenerative conditions,
• mental health diagnosis
• acquired brain injury presentations
• physical disabilities

About the role of Activities Coordinator
As our activities coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in planning and implementing our vibrant activities program. From group sessions to community outings, your creativity and enthusiasm will make a difference in the lives of our residents. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our care team, maintain records, and ensure meaningful engagement for all.
Key responsibilities of the Activities Coordinator role will include:
• Develop and implement a person-centered activities program for our residents.
• Ensure programmes include activities that are fun, educational and engaging.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor activities to individual needs.
• Lead group sessions and provide one-on-one engagement opportunities.
• Foster community relationships to arrange special events and outings.
• Ensure safety and security during community trips and activities.
• To act as an escort in conjunction with another member of staff, for patients who require two escorts when going out in the community (considered as the second staff member during these occasions)
About you
• Experience of working in a care environment
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating groups
• Experience in recreational activities
• Commitment to promoting the needs of people with mental health problems and their carers
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to form positive therapeutic relationships with service users
• Great understanding of IT (capable with computers / phones etc.)
• Good secondary education to GCSE level
• (Desirable) NVQ trained to either level 2 or 3
