Join our Impact Assessment team as our new Senior/Principal Marine EIA Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior/Principal Marine EIA Consultant, you will manage and deliver environmental inputs to our marine infrastructure and development projects, providing environmental and consenting advice and input across all stages of the project lifecycle; from site selection and early consenting strategy development, through feasibility, optioneering/ option selection and outline design to detailed design, discharging of consents and construction.This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing portfolio of marine projects in the UK and globally. You will bring demonstrable experience of marine EIA and consenting and the ability to manage and provide environmental inputs to complex projects across a range of sectors such as offshore energy and marine infrastructure, ports and harbours and coastal and riverside mixed-use developments.Your key responsibilities will be:Liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide marine environmental and consenting adviceManaging and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a range of marine projects, including technical review of outputs of internal and external teamsLeading and supporting the identification of new business opportunities and delivering associated fee proposalsWorking collaboratively across the business to provide a multidisciplinary approach to marine and coastal projectsAssisting with business development and work winning across marine and offshore projectsAbout YouAppropriate degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering or a related disciplineMaster’s degree in a related discipline (advantageous)A strong track record in, and a passion for, the marine and offshore sector and in developing sustainable initiativesA thorough understanding of the various UK consenting routes together with marine policy and regulatory framework(s)Ability to confidently engage with a range of stakeholder groupsAbility to collaborate and lead multidisciplinary marine projects with a range of environmental and engineering specialistsGood project management and organisational skills, including effective budget managementGood client management skillsWhat We Can Offer YouCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned companyFlexible work environment27 days annual leave plus bank holidaysMatched pension contributionsPrivate medical cover and life assuranceRemote workingReady to join us?Please submit your application with your up-to-date CV.
