We're looking for an experienced M&E (Building Services) Clerk of Works or project engineer who loves being on site, carrying out surveys and representing the client's interests in meetings. You'll be joining a practice with offices in Leeds and London and a hugely flexible approach to work; they focus on results, not hours. In the post you'll be working on a range of projects of differing sizes from motorway services refurbishments to new build, high quality, high-rise residential schemes and everything in between. As a clue, "anyone for tennis?"! You will need to have a building services background, ideally be electrically biased, and be comfortable discussing mechanical aspects. It is important that you have an awareness of design aspects and enjoy being client facing.
