Salary and benefits
* Newly Qualified Social Worker: up to £41,438 per annum (includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, subject to pension, tax and NI deductions. Terms & Conditions apply). Plus relocation allowance up to £8,000 may be available if policy criteria are met.
* Experienced Social Worker: up to £47,575 per annum (includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, subject to pension, tax and NI deductions. Terms & Conditions apply). Plus relocation allowance up to £8,000 may be available if policy criteria are met.

Stratford District Family Help Team seeks social workers who want to make a difference, based in Stratford Upon Avon. The service works with children from 0-18, from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption. Warwickshire County Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. Successful applicants will be subject to pre-engagement checks, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. In line with the DBS code of practice and our policy, an individual assessment will be completed if there is a declared offence. Warwickshire County Council adheres to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
