We are seeking an IT Applications Support Technician for a Bristol-based legal practice.
The Role:
* Provide high-level support for enterprise business applications, making sure issues are investigated and resolved quickly.
* Support a wide range of systems, including document management, finance, CRM, HR, legal tools, digital dictation, and time recording.
* Help review and improve IT and business processes, supporting better service and best practices.
The Candidate:
* Experience supporting enterprise-level applications, ideally in legal or professional services environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of desktop and productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
* Experience with iManage, Intapp, BigHand, and Elite 3E is desirable.
