Overview
Your responsibilities as our Care Support Worker will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence.
You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Having previous experience would be an advantage.
Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Worker, where you will be paid £15.00 per hour for day shifts, and a reduced rate for sleeping nights, after completion of training.
