Role Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Year 2 lessons
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
Participate in ongoing CPD to continually enhance your practice
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse needs
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities
Comfortable using technology to support teaching and learning
