Role Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled solicitor to lead residential conveyancing transactions and manage a team of fee earners and support staff. In this role, you’ll handle a range of property transactions while building your profile within B P Collins as a corporate-level, client-focused solicitor.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Residential Property Transactions: Handle a full caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and remortgages.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing them with proactive, expert legal advice and clear communication.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of fee earners and support staff, ensuring high-quality service and efficient management of all cases.
* Compliance and Legal Research: Conduct detailed research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all residential property transactions.
* Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate key conveyancing documents with precision and an eye for detail.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a valid practising certificate
* Proven experience managing a team, including the supervision of fee earners and support staff
* Extensive experience in residential conveyancing from a reputable or award-winning high-street law firm
* Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills
