We are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk Administrator to join a dynamic IT team on a 12-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line support within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on ManageEngine IT service management tools. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-line IT support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. * Use ManageEngine to log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests. * Monitor tickets, escalate issues where required, and ensure timely resolution. * Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records. * Assist with routine administrative tasks, software updates, and system maintenance. * Participate in IT projects and change management activities as needed. Requirements: * Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT support role. * Familiarity with ManageEngine or similar IT service management (ITSM) tools. * Understanding of ITIL principles and IT support best practices. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Desirable: * Experience working in a corporate or multi-site IT environment. * Working knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support.
