In 2018, our Women’s team gained professional status for the first time, jumped two divisions, and competed in the Women’s Super League (WSL), England’s premier division of women’s football. After finishing 7th, the team reached the FA Cup final, eventually beaten by Manchester City. In April 2019, we opened a brand-new Academy facility at Chadwell Heath to develop local talent. The club has continued to grow its staff and capabilities, including a Disability Confident Leader status awarded in 2019 and again in 2023.

Position: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: West Ham United Football Club (with travel to other sites)

Hours: Full-Time | Contract: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Join the team behind the team. This is your chance to be part of something bigger — combining elite sport and cutting-edge technology. West Ham United FC is expanding its IT team and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join us on our journey.

From Rush Green to the London Stadium and beyond, you’ll be at the frontline of our IT support operation — helping staff, press, and guests across the club stay connected and supported.


Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests
* Support users both face-to-face and remotely across multiple club sites
* Log, track, and escalate issues using our ITSM platform
* Configure and troubleshoot devices running macOS, iOS, and Windows 11
* Set up laptops, mobile devices, and VOIP phones
* Deliver exceptional service to teams across football, commercial, and operations


What We're Looking For

* A tech-savvy, customer-focused individual with a proactive mindset
* Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work weekends at short notice


Your Technical Toolkit

* ManageEngine, Pulseway
* SCCM laptop builds
* Office 365 and Microsoft Server (2012+)
* Confident with macOS, iOS, and Windows 11


Requirements

* GCSEs (A–C or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Previous experience in a customer service or IT support role preferred
