The Role Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Salisbury region. As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise. ​ Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications - Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career - Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey We welcome applications from full-time and part-time candidates. ​ The Salary ​ - If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications, or you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - £27,500 - If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - £28,500 - You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer! ​ The Benefits - 25 days holiday plus public and bank holidays - Purchase scheme for up to 5 additional days annual leave - Birthday and Christmas Eve off - Flexible working - Health Shield scheme - Life insurance - Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay - Sick pay - Bereavement leave - Employee Assistance Programme - £1,000 Employee referral bonus scheme About You - A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential - Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting - An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would be advantageous - A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous - Experience in building and managing your own caseload. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office ​ What Happens Next? ​ - The Realise Recruitment team will be in touch, regardless of the outcome. - Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. - You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position, which will compromise of a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a short microteach. - As an inclusive employer please do let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments.
