This is a key position that not only supports the smooth administration of our Inclusion provision, but also involves working directly with children through small‑group and individual interventions. Further Information As our Inclusion Support Officer, you will play a vital part in the day‑to‑day operations of the Inclusion Team. You will often be the first point of contact for families and external professionals, coordinating meetings, managing SEND documentation and providing direct support to individual pupils. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for pupils with SEND and ensuring they receive the support they need. Key Responsibilities: Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils Carry out wellbeing and pastoral check‑ins Support pupils in the Inclusion Room to regulate and reintegrate Respond to enquiries from parents, colleagues and external agencies Coordinate meetings, booking rooms and ensuring relevant staff are informed Support SEND processes, including preparing paperwork for Annual Reviews Maintain accurate pupil records by uploading documentation to Arbor and pupil files We are looking for someone who brings warmth, commitment and a genuine belief in our children.
