Hours: Monday to Friday, hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct redundancy consultations. Organise and facilitate consultation meetings.
2. Perform necessary calculations related to redundancy packages.
3. Draft and send out official redundancy letters. Collaborate with HR Admin for letter preparation.
Requirements:
* Senior HR Advisor level experience.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with redundancy processes.
Compensation:
The hourly rate is equivalent to £45,000 annually, depending on experience.
