Be part of a team that is passionate and committed to making a positive difference to the lives of pupils and their families in an innovative academy in Rugby, for children and young people with autism and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
About Us
In September 2019, MacIntyre Academies Trust opened a new, state-of-the-art Academy in Rugby for children and young people aged 7 to 17 with social, emotional, and mental health needs and/or autism. The academy features specialist facilities such as a sensory room, therapy room, immersive classroom, soft play, recording studio, and photography suite. We pride ourselves on our holistic curriculum, which includes blended therapy in the classroom. Our community-focused approach includes a café for parents and displays of student work available for purchase.
Initially located in Nuneaton with 30 pupils in 2017, the school has grown to 97 pupils. MacIntyre Academies, sponsored by MacIntyre Charity, has a 50-year reputation for high-quality, person-centred education.
Our Mission and Environment
At Quest Academy, we provide a nurturing, inclusive environment for learners with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and SEMH difficulties, aged 7 to 19 (with transition at 16). We are dedicated to nurturing individuals, celebrating their uniqueness, and unlocking their potential, with a focus on readiness for adulthood.
We aim to create a supportive community where every individual feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Our environment fosters authenticity, creativity, resilience, and growth, enabling learners to thrive.
