Property Litigation Solicitor - Our clients, recognised for their Dispute Resolution team in Chambers and mentioned in the Legal 500, now need a further Property Litigation Solicitor to join them at their Buckinghamshire offices.
About the Role
You will need to be an experienced Solicitor with a solid track record and ideally from a City or large regional practice. They offer an exceptional platform to develop as a specialist in property litigation, handling a variety of contentious property matters. This will include landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, property contract disputes, and other contentious property matters.
Candidate Requirements
They require a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution and who has practical experience in contentious property matters, ideally gained from a reputable law firm. You will need to possess strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, always maintaining a client-focused approach.
