We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and make a genuine difference in the lives of the young people we support. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of each resident. You will help create a positive, supportive, and engaging home environment while promoting independence, wellbeing, communication, and social inclusion. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Supporting young adults with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility 2. Building positive and trusting relationships with residents 3. Encouraging participation in activities, education, and community outings 4. Following individual care plans and behaviour support strategies
