We are seeking a dedicated and organised Care Navigator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients in navigating healthcare services and resources. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Care Navigator will work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Duties
* Assist clients in understanding their healthcare options and resources available to them.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry into relevant systems.
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
* Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services.
* Manage clerical tasks such as filing, typing reports, and maintaining office organisation.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is preferable but not necessary
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Emis
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and empathy towards clients.
* Experience with clerical duties is preferred, showcasing an ability to manage office operations smoothly.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 9-12 months
Pay: £12.52 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
