In response, we are expanding our Centre of Excellence team in Glasgow and are seeking a professional, engaging and relationship-focused Delivery Consultant to support critical projects across solar, onshore wind, energy storage and green hydrogen markets. This role sits at the heart of our delivery model and is designed for a consultant who thrives on building long-term relationships, understanding complex client requirements and consistently delivering high-quality talent on a global scale. You will work closely with Business Development and account teams, acting as a trusted delivery partner to some of the most impactful businesses in the clean energy sector. · You’ll manage the entire candidate process from start to finish, maintaining close and regular communication to ensure transparency and commitment throughout the process, leading to increased success. · You will attend kick-off calls with clients to qualify roles, using all TH channels to source relevant new candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates. · As the process progresses, you will interview candidates, present shortlists to clients and you’ll play an important role in the negotiation stage to close your candidates. · You’ll be the main point of contact for your candidates, supporting their preparation, arranging feedback calls and managing their expectations throughout the whole process. · Our channels and industry-leading systems (Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) are geared towards helping you find the best talent, and you will ensure we maintain our standards of quality and accuracy when adding and updating candidate information. · You’ll establish and continually grow your network of existing and target candidates, preserving our reputation, expertise, and credibility across our technologies and stakeholder groups. · We value collaboration, so you’ll will work closely with your team and wider business teams to share knowledge and generate new business opportunities, leads, and revenue. · Our consultants are commended for their deep technical knowledge and understanding of the renewables sector, so you’ll have a genuine interest in the sector, following market trends, reports and news to become an expert in your field. · Where required, you will manage existing clients and accounts, in line with our delivery standards. · Our culture is important to us, so we’d love you to build strong internal relationships with your colleagues, contributing to our fun, collaborative culture. · We love to celebrate success together, so achieving your monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs will be a key driver to motivate you throughout the year.
